These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of products and services by Park Royal Tyre & Alignment Centre and the use of our website. By requesting a quote, placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes and prices we provide are estimates based on the information you give us and are subject to confirmation once we inspect your vehicle. Prices may change if the work required differs from the original description, and we will always confirm any change with you before proceeding.

Tyre sizes and fitment

While we take care to recommend the correct tyres for your vehicle, it remains your responsibility to check the tyre size printed on your tyre sidewall before confirming an order. If you are unsure, tell us and we will help you confirm the correct size.

Bookings and cancellations

Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash and major debit and credit cards. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

Guarantees and workmanship

We stand behind our workmanship and use quality, EU-labelled tyres and OE-grade parts. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and tyres as provided by the manufacturer. Any guarantee on our labour will be as described to you at the time of the work.

Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Your vehicle

Vehicles and their contents are left with us at the owner's risk. Please remove any valuables before leaving your vehicle with us for service or repair.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
